30 years of history, sharing and passion
Since 1996, the Maison Alsacienne de Biscuiterie has carried on the tradition of Bredele, Macarons de Riquewihr, Gingerbread and other Alsatian specialities, staying true to recipes and gestures passed down through generations. Three decades on, this family-run, artisanal adventure continues to showcase the region's biscuit-making heritage, across Alsace-Lorraine and throughout France.
To celebrate this 30th anniversary, the Maison partnered with Alsatian illustrator Pauline Formosa, known as Nana. Her floral world and contemporary take on Alsatian folk patterns strike a balance between tradition and modernity, between heritage and creation - a visual signature that captures the spirit of this anniversary.
An exclusive, limited-edition collection
This collaboration has taken shape across a limited-edition collection of objects and treats: a Bredele Discovery Tin featuring a brand-new design, a screen-printed cotton Tote Bag, as well as a Mug and a Coupelle handcrafted by the Poterie Beck in Soufflenheim. Each piece is designed to extend the Maison's world beyond the tasting experience, and to keep a lasting memory of these 30 years.
Artisanal craftsmanship, from biscuit to ceramic
Every piece in this collection has been created with the same care as our recipes: carefully selected materials, small-batch production, meticulous finishing.
Our biscuits are handmade in our workshop in Alsace, then selected and arranged piece by piece in our boxes. The mug and coupelle are thrown, glazed and fired by hand by the Poterie Beck, carrying on a century-old potter's craft unique to Soufflenheim. The tote bag is screen-printed in 4 colours, 100% made in Europe.
