Our range of Soft Bredele
Just like our Bredele butter biscuits, the diversity of shapes and flavours that make our Soft Bredele so unique are also what give them their quality and richness. There are three main families of Moelleux (soft) bredele:
The Siess g'nuss
An Alsace name which, at first glance, looks a bit of a mouthful to pronounce, and which can be translated as "little pleasures". When you take a bite, you’ll discover generous helpings of almonds and hazelnuts, pistachio or even walnuts. These moist little biscuits are decorated with a glossy icing. A nut is positioned carefully atop these sweet treats to add an elegant finishing touch to complement their indulgent flavours…
The Liabsti
These little rounds are made with a generous dose of almonds are also widely known as “mes préférés" ("my favourites”) in the Alsace region, as an affectionate nickname. With orange, lemon, mocha and chocolate flavours, the quality of the essential oils and other ingredients selected are a key element in creating their sublime tastes and smooth, luxurious textures.
Almond Truffles
These fluted domes are bite-sized colourful treats resulting from our pâtissiers' liberal and unique take on truffles. Our delicious almond paste treats melt in your mouth to reveal their well-kept secret: a velvety smooth filling of locally-produced fruit preserve.
