Encountered an issue with your order?
If you have received a parcel that is damaged or has missing or incorrect products, please send us a message (contact form or email), including:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos if relevant (especially in case of a damaged parcels)
This will enable us to track your order more efficiently and as quickly as possible.
