Our range of Sharing Cakes

All of our Cakes and Brioches are made in our Atelier by our pâtissiers, following recipes dating back decades, if not centuries. With no room for compromise when it comes to our ingredients, we carefully hand-select them, from the fruits, such as oranges, lemons and other candied fruit or raisins, to nuts, such as almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts, and spices, including cinnamon, vanilla and ginger. An incredible diversity of ingredients, offering you an infinite palette of flavours. Creative and generous, our specialities reflect our incredible region.
