In June 2026, our Maison is marking a new milestone in a mission that we hold particularly close to our hearts: being recognised for who we are and what we’ve been doing for 30 years. In a step closer to achieving this, we’re joining Maisons & Savoir-Faire d’Excellence (MSFE), which is a collective dedicated to promoting exceptional French companies and artisans.
The Maisons & Savoir-Faire d’Excellence collective
Founded in 2020, Maisons et Savoir-Faire d’Excellence now counts nearly 13 members from the culinary, wine & spirits and tableware sectors. Much more than just an association, it’s a community where members regularly meet up to chat, share their experiences and work together to showcase French expertise and artisan craftmanship around the world.
Expertise, products, traceability, values… In order to become a member, each company or artisan is assessed against precise selection criteria, which guarantee that everyone within the collective shares the same vision and meets the same high standards.
A mission that reflects our identity
Since the creation of our Maison in 1996, we’ve been championing an essential vision of our trade: preserving production techniques, passing on our region’s emblematic recipes and sharing creations that deliciously and authentically embody Alsace traditions.
Joining the MSFE is a natural step on our journey that reflects our commitment to excellence in craftsmanship, high quality and passion on our savoir-faire.

For us, this membership is much more than simply a recognition of our Maison; it marks the starting point for an adventure that we’re excited to embark on, step by step.
