An engaged collective working to support culinary craftsmanship
Created in 2011 by a group of 15 acclaimed chefs, the Collège Culinaire de France is an independent collective that now brings together more than 3,000 restaurants, producers and artisans from all over France. Its purpose is clear: to preserve culinary craftsmanship as a thriving force against industrialisation and standardisation.
Awarded the “Artisans Militants de la Qualité” appellation, its members all have shared values: singular expertise, transparent practices, and cooperation between artisans.
The Collège Culinaire de France brings craftsmanship to life, going far beyond mere recognition. Its members don’t only share values, they regularly meet up, share and work together in real life. A vibrant community where everyone involved is helping to protect and share their expertise.
High standards aligning with our own
Since the founding of the Maison Alsacienne de Biscuiterie, we’ve been making our Alsace specialities with traditional recipes, using techniques patiently passed on from generation to generation. In our Atelier in Colmar, each creation stands testament to these high standards, reflecting the that we’ve been so committed to preserving over the years.
Finding our place within this collective also means finding ourselves in the company of artisans and producers who —just like us— are passionate about defending a culinary trade, without compromise. We’re so proud of this recognition and it encourages us to continue showcasing the flavours and authenticity that form the DNA of our Maison in each of our creations.
