Parcel preparation

Once you've placed your order on our website, it will be processed by our team within one working day (if you're paying by cheque, it'll be within one working day of your cheque being received), although please bear in mind that this time frame may be longer during busy periods (i.e. around Christmas).

We take the utmost care when it comes to preparing your orders: Products are meticulously packed and protected with air cushions in an appropriately-sized box, protecting them from any potential impact during transit. The contents of each parcel are checked before shipment.

You'll receive an email letting your know when your order has left our bakery, so you can track its delivery.

Gift bag option

Does your order contain a gift? Our Maison gives you the option of adding a special gift bag to your order, for just €0.90. To do this, simply tick the "Add a gift bag" option in your basket.

Delivery prices & times

Delivery in France

Delivery in France is provided via the COLISSIMO service from La Poste. Delivery times are 48-72 hours (working days), depending on the regions. We do all we can to ensure that your parcel gets to you in the best conditions, so you can choose from:

• Home delivery: You'll personally receive your parcel in exchange for your signature, and if you're not in, a missed delivery note will be posted through your letterbox with details on where and when you can collect your parcel.

• Delivery to a collection point (Pick-up) or post office: This solution is ideal if you're not at home during the usual times when your postman stops by! You'll need to take a form of ID with you to collect your parcel.

Delivery in Europe, Switzerland & World via DHL Economy Select and DHL Express

Deliveries in Europe, Switzerland and World are provided by DHL Economy Select and DHL Express. Deliveries can only be made to your home address. We currently deliver to the following destinations:

• Zone 2 : Austria - Denmark - Ireland - Poland - Portugal - Czech Republic
