To mark this milestone, Maison Alsacienne de Biscuiterie partnered with Alsatian illustrator Pauline Formosa, known as Nana.
Her floral universe and contemporary reinterpretation of traditional Alsatian polychrome express a refined balance between heritage and modernity, tradition and creation.
