Passionate about upholding traditions and sharing our region's gastronomical heritage, our Maison's pâtissiers love to unleash their creativity through their recipes, each one more original than the last. Here, it's our extremely popular Alsace brioche that you'll find has undergone a sort of "metamorphosis", emerging from our Atelier as a fruity sweet. This creation is a heavenly nod to one of your favourite specialities: the Kougelhopf.
