Elegant flavours
For this biscuit, our pâtissiers came up with an authentic and original alliance of flavours. By combining almond with hazelnut, as well as with raspberry preserve, which is added straight into the biscuit dough, the flavour of the Raspberry & Hazelnut Snowflake is nothing short of wondrously rich.
The delicate notes of almond and hazelnut harmonise impeccably with the fruity taste and acidic edge of the raspberry. For even more opulence, our pâtissiers decorated our Raspberry & Hazelnut Snowflake by hand, using royal icing.

Sugar, ALMOND, HAZELNUT 12.5%, raspberry preserve 7.5% (sugar, raspberry 45%, glucose syrup, setting agent: pectin), raisin, inverted sugar, EGG, lemon juice, raspberry powder (raspberry purée, apple fibres, natural raspberry flavouring, carrot & radish concentrates), antioxidant: rosemary extract, starch.
All our products are made in a bakery which uses wheat flour (gluten), milk (lactose), eggs, nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut), sesame, soya derivative, peanuts and ingredients which may contain traces of sulphites.
