Savoir-faire: Our Maison's expertise
The high-quality ingredients, time and care dedicated to making the Spitzbuebe are a perfect expression of our Maison's expertise. Firstly, the biscuits are made following our butter Bredele biscuit recipe, using flour, butter and fresh eggs. Then, our pâtissiers hand-fill them with a raspberry preserve, before carefully assembling the two parts together. For added decadence, they dust the Spitzbuebe with icing sugar!

Wheat flour (GLUTEN), sugar, raspberry purée 16% (raspberry 85%, inverted sugar syrup), butter (MILK), EGG, white chocolate (cocoa: 25% min.) (sugar, cocoa butter, MILK powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, vanilla flavoring), cocoa butter, decorative sugar (glucose, corn starch, partially hydrogenated vegetable fat: palm, flavoring), starch, thickener: pectin, cinnamon, acidity regulator: citric acid, water, salt, powdered vanilla, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
All our products are made in a bakery which uses wheat flour (gluten), milk (lactose), eggs, nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut), sesame, soya derivative, peanuts and ingredients which may contain traces of sulphites.
