Our Maison is reopening its doors on 13 May 2020

Same stores, but with some new measures.

Today, we're absolutely delighted to finally be able to announce the reopening of some of our stores in Alsace and Lorraine. Given the unprecedented context we find ourselves in, your safety and that of our team members are our main priority. For this reason, our Maison has taken specific measures to reinforce its system already in place, in terms of hygiene, food safety and personal safety, so you can be sure we're welcoming you in optimal conditions from 13thth May 2020 onwards.

Which stores are reopening?

Initially, we've decided to only reopen the stores for which we're certain of being able to roll out all measures necessary to ensure the optimal safety of everyone.

Our other stores will gradually reopen, in line with the progression of the circumstances.

Returning to normality deserves some sweet celebrations!

In order to welcome you in optimal health & safety conditions, we've fitted our tills with plexiglass screens. You'll find floor markings to guide you through the store while maintaining social distancing, which has been made obligatory by public health measures. You'll also find hand sanitiser provided at the entrance to each store for your, simply use the foot pedal for contact-free dispensing.

Our employees will be wearing jackets, hair nets, face masks and gloves. Regular and thorough hand-washing procedures with antibacterial and anti-viral soap are already part of the Maison Alsacienne de Biscuiterie practices. These procedures are now reinforced before and after serving our customers.

Our stores, electronic payment terminals and tools are all also regularly disinfected as part of our standard practices which are set by our quality department's specifications. These practices have now been heightened, further increasing in strictness.

One for all, and all for one!

Despite all these measures in place in our stores, which are all aimed at keeping everyone safe and healthy, we're asking you to show us your "community spirit" to work alongside us to maintain these measures. To tackle the Covid-19 pandemic, we all need individually prevention measures set out by the government, as well as our safety guidelines, to work together to overcome this virus.
