    An iconic Bredele

    The Cinnamon Star, originally named the "Zimtsterne" in the Alsace dialect, can be easily identified by its six-point star shape and its royal icing. A popular hit during Christmas Markets, and often the first biscuit to disappear from the assortments made by Alsace families during the festive period, this is, without a doubt, the most iconic of all Bredele.

High-quality ingredients: almonds, hazelnuts, cinnamon and honey. For even more indulgence, our Cinnamon Star is decorated with a royal icing, meticulously applied by hand.

    All our products are made in a bakery which also works with wheat flour (gluten), milk (lactose), eggs, nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut), sesame, soya derivatives, peanuts and ingredients which may contain traces of sulphites.
