An unmissable tradition in the weeks leading up to Lent, the beignet embodies the last moment of indulgence before restrictions, a celebration which our Maison has perfected over the years, with the same high standards that we apply for all our creations.

Our Classic Beignet consists of an expertly prepared brioche dough, delicately enhanced with vanilla to add a subtle, aromatic sweetness. Shaped and then deep-friend, each beignet rises to reveal a beautifully fluffy interior and a golden-brown exterior.
Once friend, each beignet is generously dusted with sugar, in a simple yet not to be underestimated finish that perfectly highlights the natural decadence of this speciality. With no filling, this classic beignet celebrates the purity of the brioche dough and the delicate flavours of vanilla.

Along with the Chocolate & Hazelnut Beignet, the Apple & Damson Plum Beignet and the Raspberry Beignet, it can be found and enjoyed in one of our 13 stores in the Alsace and Lorraine regions, where our teams will be delighted to welcome you and give you the chance to discover this indulgent tradition, freshly prepared.
Enjoy this beignet warmed up, served alongside a hot chocolate or coffee for a moment of comfort, or leave it at room temperature to fully savour the sweet, melt-in-the-mouth texture and the delicate notes of vanilla.
