While they're traditionally enjoyed in Alsace during the Advent period, our Maison is so passionate about gingerbread that it was inspired to bring this well-loved treat into our Easter celebrations. Created in the figure of our Osterhase and coated with an indulgent dark or milk chocolate, catering to all tastes, these limited-edition delights make a wonderful gift that will enchant even the fussiest of palates.
3 duos of traditional gingerbreads
Rich in honey and delicately lifted by our Maison's secret spice blend, the dough used to create our Gingerbread Bunnies is left to rest for a long time, which helps create their soft texture and wonderful flavour. Coated in dark chocolate - at least 58% cocoa - and a delicious milk chocolate, our gingerbread figures will help make sure that your Easter celebrations are more indulgent than ever!
Truly decadent, combining spices and chocolate, our duo of Gingerbread Bunnies goes perfectly alongside a cup of tea or hot chocolate.
- Milk chocolate bunny:
Milk chocolate 29.4% (sugar, cocoa butter, powdered milk, cocoa paste, emulsifier: Soya lecithin, vanilla, spices), wheat flour (gluten), honey, sugar, milk, grade seed flour, eggs, spices 0.9%, baking powder: ammonium carbonates - sodium carbonate acid, white chocolate (cocoa: 34% min.) (sugar, cocoa butter, powdered milk, emulsifier: Soya lecithin, vanilla extract), cornflour.
- Dark chocolate bunny:
Dark chocolate (cocoa: 58% min.) 29.4% (cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: E322 (SOYA), vanilla), wheat flour (GLUTEN), honey, sugar, MILK, grape seed flour, EGGS, spices, baking powder: E503 - E500(ii), white chocolate (cocoa: 34% min.) (sugar, cocoa butter, powdered MILK, emulsifier: E322 (SOYA), vanilla extract), cornflour.
All our products are made in a bakery which uses wheat flour (gluten), milk (lactose), eggs, nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut), sesame, soya derivatives, peanuts and ingredients which may contain traces of sulphites.
