Easter is the perfect occasion for chocolatiers to roll up their sleeves and show off their talents, and our Maison's talented team have unleashed the full extent of their talent with these chocolate figures. Another well-loved figure of traditional Easter animals in Alsace, the "Osterhase" has been faithfully depicted here with our traditional figures.
A symbol of plenty and fresh starts, the Easter Bunny, or "Osterhase" as we call him in Alsace, is one of the shier inhabitants of the Alsace Grand Ried. Creeping out of his hiding place under the cover of night, on the eve of Easter morning, hiding chocolate eggs in the gardens of Alsace families.
