Here as a limited edition for this summer only, our Maison's pâtissiers are delighted to offer you a new version of our very first speciality: the Passionfruit Macaron de Riquewihr! A recipe that has been revisited countless times with great success, embodying the very essence of our Maison: This little grooved dome with passionfruit is an intense combination of tradition, innovation and bold biscuiterie prowess…

A blend of tradition, authenticity, innovation and a bold technique

Combining the tropical tones of coconut with ingredients sourced from our region into the recipe for this traditional Bredele, our ancestors were boldly creating delicacies that seemed ahead of their times. So, driven by their love of innovating, our pâtissiers incorporated passionfruit purée and notes of ginger into the original recipe: The harmonious pairing is as surprising as it is exotic!

Increasingly indulgent creations

The unique savoir-faire of our pâtissiers means that they can have immense freedom and possibilities when it comes to reinterpreting this little coconut treat, with each version being more surprising and indulgent than the last. Chocolate, Rum & Raisin, Pistachio and even Banana Chocolate Chip are just some of the flavours waiting to be discovered in our Toujours Assortment.

Coconut 36.6%, cane sugar, EGG white, passionfruit purée 6.8%, dextrose, WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), humectant: sorbitol, invert sugar syrup, candied ginger (ginger 55%, sugar), vanilla powder.

All our products are made in a bakery which uses wheat flour (gluten), milk (lactose), eggs, nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut), sesame, soya derivatives, peanuts and ingredients which may contain traces of sulphites.
