Elegant, exquisite and perfectly sweet… Our Vanilla Heart is a brand new biscuiterie creation celebrating love.

Our pâtissiers expertly use a Springerle mould to decorate the biscuit with a rose design before it’s transferred into the oven for a long, slow bake that gives it delicious, caramelised flavours. Lastly, they coat the back and edges of the biscuit in a thin layer of dark chocolate.

As you bite into it, you’ll discover perfect harmony: a texture that brings out the sweet vanilla, intense chocolate, and delicate yet decadent caramel notes. An ode to love and savoir-faire, our Vanilla Heart is made to share with the ones with a special place in your heart…

A new creation full of love and tradition

Each of our biscuiterie creations is the manifestation of an expert blend of tradition and innovation. Our Vanilla Heart is no exception to this legacy.

To enhance the sumptuous elegance of our latest creation, our pâtissiers have put their own twist on using a Springerle mould to engrave delicate floral designs into the biscuit. Demonstrating their artisanal expertise, passed on from generation to generation, keeping the Alsace tradition of biscuiterie alive.

Much more than just another sweet treat, our Vanilla Heart is an invitation to share quality time together. For a delicious Valentine’s Day, share our biscuit with that someone special and soak up all of the love baked into it with each bite, savouring a sweet moment together…

We suggest serving it alongside a glass of champagne for the special occasion or with a tea or coffee for a cosier rendez-vous.

Wheat flour (GLUTEN), butter (MILK), sugar, dark chocolate (cocoa: 58% min.) (cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: E322 (SOY), natural vanilla flavor), EGG, vanilla extract 0.5%, vanilla powder 0.1%, antioxidant: rosemary extract.

All our products are made in a bakery which uses wheat flour (gluten), milk (lactose), eggs, nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut), sesame, soya derivative, peanuts and ingredients which may contain traces of sulphites.
