Getting your Easter order from the comfort of your car!

COLLECT YOUR EASTER ORDER
FROM OUR COLMAR BAKERY

So that you can enjoy your favourite treats during your Easter celebrations, our Maison is organising order collection from outside our store at 7 rue Émile Schwoerer in COLMAR from Wednesday 1^st April.

To keep you and our team safes, we kindly ask that you follow these simple guidelines to collect your orders:

1. Download your order form here, which lists all our Easter products and pricing (products can be found on our website), and fill it in.
2. Place your order over the phone at +33 (0)3 89 21 85 10 by 17:00 on Thursday 9thth April. Phone line open from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
3. Pay for your order by bank card over the phone.
4. Come to collect your order at the time and parking space allocated to you when placing your order. We want to keep everyone safe, so early or late collections will not be possible.
5. When you arrive in the car park, park in the space with the number allocated to you when placing your order.
6. Get out of your car and open your vehicle's boot. In the boot, display a blank sheet of paper with your name and order number written on it, making sure it's clearly visible.
7. Get back into your car and wait for the adviser to come and drop your order off in your boot and then move away.
8. Get back out of your car once the advisor is at a safe distance to close the boot.
9. Get back in your car and drive (carefully) home, to where your family will be eagerly waiting to discover the tasty Easter surprises waiting for them!
