In order to make it into our Tartelette recipes, the fruit selected must be harvested at just the right time, so that our creations benefit from the best of the bitter edge and bold flavours of the blueberry, and the sweeter yet sharp flavours of the raspberry. This is a non-negotiable for our pâtissiers.

Given the constant demands of day-to-day life, the summer break can seem to offer a welcome time-out when, free of the shackles of the daily grind, you can finally give into your desires! To join you on this indulgent break, our Maison is delighted to invite you to discover its Duo of Tartelettes, for a double dose of sweet pleasure, with wonderful, fruity flavours!
Served as dessert alongside a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or with an iced tea flavoured with rooibos, hibiscus or passionfruit, our Duo of Tartelettes is a simple yet exquisite pleasure to be enjoyed all summer-long.
- Blueberry Tartelette
Flour (GLUTEN), blueberry preserve 28.7% (sugar, blueberry, thickening agent: E440, acidity corrector: citric acid), butter (MILK), sugar, EGG, baking powder: chemical yeast, starch, salt, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
- Raspberry Tartelette
Raspberry preserve 31% (sugar, raspberry 45%, glucose syrup, gelling agent: pectin), flour (GLUTEN), butter (MILK), sugar, HAZELNUT, EGG, antioxidant: rosemary extract, cinnamon 0.8%.
All our products are made in a bakery which uses wheat flour (gluten), milk (lactose), eggs, nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut), sesame, soya derivatives, peanuts and ingredients which may contain traces of sulphites.
