Inspiration all the way from Austria
Lovers of traditional pâtisserie may well recognise this delicacy: Our all-butter Bredele inspired by the famous Linzertörte ("Linz Tart"), a traditional speciality from Austria. Considered to be the oldest tart recipe around, the Linzertörte is a well-known delicacy in Alsace! It's characterised by its generous red fruit filling, and its criss-crossed pastry decoration.
A hazelnut butter biscuit
Just like its "big sister", the base of our all-butter tartelette is made unique through the incorporation of hazelnuts. For this creation, we make an all-butter dough, to which we add hand-selected hazelnuts. We then add premium-quality cinnamon. Its baked on baking sheets to give it a lovely amber colour and its exquisite crunch…
The centre of our delicate, all-butter flower is garnished with a sumptuous raspberry preserve: Its slightly acidic edge comes together blissfully with the warming hazelnut and cinnamon flavours. An elegant flavour combination.

Flour (GLUTEN), butter (MILK) 21.1%, sugar, raspberry preserve 14.7% (sugar, raspberry 45%, glucose syrup), HAZELNUT 6.7%, EGG, cinnamon 1%, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
All our products are made in a bakery which uses wheat flour (gluten), milk (lactose), eggs, nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut), sesame, soya derivative, peanuts and ingredients which may contain traces of sulphites.
