It's no coincidence that "Liabsti" can be translated into French as "Mon préféré" - "My favourite". Easy to identify by its ochre colouring a uniquely soft texture, this little Bredele hides a strong personality and resolutely intense taste, which makes sense given this zesty, acidic combination! This original duo of Liabsti will make the perfect addition to add summer indulgence!
Bredele with a lot of personality
Whilst, from a first glance, the orange and lemon colours of these little squares make it easy to guess their flavours, and their perfectly white icing suggests a slightly crisp sweetness to be experienced, they don't give away their sumptuously soft texture… It's not until you take that first, heavenly bite that you'll discover and savour their almond-rich recipe, which makes them so divinely smooth and soft. Once you take a bite, these little Bredele will delight your tastebuds, offering the full extent of the wondrous, natural aromas of orange and lemon. The true taste of lemon and orange
It's purely the quality of the ingredients we exactingly select which ensures that these specialities are imbued with their unique, citrus flavours. Candied orange and lemon peel are worked into the mixture, before the essential oils of these two citrus fruit are used to uplift this flavoursome delicacy. To perfect this indulgent creation, it's topped with sugar using a wondrously fine technique. In this indulgent assortment, the refreshing citrus notes intertwine delightfully with the sweetness of the almond.

ALMOND 25.9%, sugar, apricot topping (glucose - fructose syrup, sugar, apricot purée 4%), candied orange peel paste 3.9% (orange peel 53.4%, glucose syrup, sugar), EGG, inverted sugar, inverted sugar syrup, candied lemon peel paste 1.3% (lemon 51.5%, glucose syrup), starch, lemon juice 0.5%, essential oil: lemon 0.1% - orange, colourings: safflower extract - beetroot, acerola and lemon juice concentrate, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
All our products are made in a bakery which uses wheat flour (gluten), milk (lactose), eggs, nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut), sesame, soya derivative, peanuts and ingredients which may contain traces of sulphites.
