A new soft almond biscuit
Our soft bredele are little biscuits, characterised by their generous doses of almonds and their melt-in-the-mouth texture. Exclusive to our Maison and having proven to be a huge hit with our clientèle, the Liabsti has so much to offer, as it gives us an opportunity to put our own twist on it, developing it with various flavours such as lemon or orange. Our pâtissiers are passionate about their craft and innovation, and are delighted to offer you a new, limited-edition version of this iconic treat for this summer: the Apricot & Passionfruit Liabsti.

The Apricot & Passionfruit Liabsti is a biscuit rich in almonds and combining the tropical intensity of passionfruit with the sweetness of apricot. Carefully topped with passionfruit sugar icing, our new soft bredele offers a unique flavour experience, caressing the tastebuds with rare delicacy.

ALMOND 38%, sugar (sugar, cornstarch), inverted sugar, EGG white, passionfruit purée 3.7%, dried apricot 3.7%, natural passionfruit flavouring 1%, water, cornstarch, colouring ingredient: safflower extract, antioxidant: Rosemary extract.
All our products are made in a bakery which uses wheat flour (gluten), milk (lactose), eggs, nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut), sesame, soya derivatives, peanuts and ingredients which may contain traces of sulphites.
