    Lightweight and wonderfully crisp on the outside, our Meringues melt in the mouth, expressing the pure finesse of our Maison's traditional expertise. Succumb to the pleasure of this French pâtisserie classic through the original creations of our pâtissiers!

    Original creations from our pâtissiers

    Made with a piping bag and a lot of loving care, our pâtissiers have three takes on Meringues to offer you: classic, coconut Rocher and almond/hazelnut Rocher. Carefully moulded and gently incorporated into the egg whites, ground hazelnut, almond and coconut reveal a subtly sweet and blissfully generous taste!

    Our serving tips

    Our specialities are wonderful enjoyed alongside a good coffee, or as part of stunning desserts: ice cream, vacherin or vineyard peach sorbet.

    Classic meringue (sugar, EGG white, lemon juice). Coconut meringue (sugar, EGG white, coconut 16.5%, starch). Almond and hazelnut meringue (sugar, EGG white, ALMOND 8.2%, HAZELNUT 8.2%, starch).

    All our products are made in a bakery which uses wheat flour (gluten), milk (lactose), eggs, nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut), sesame, soya derivative, peanuts and ingredients which may contain traces of sulphites.
