An exceptional butter biscuit with a delicately fruity twist
Made with a biscuit dough bursting with rich, buttery flavours and lifted with a subtle hint of vanilla, the Sablé Rubis is sure to charm with its melt-in-the-mouth texture and satisfying crunch. At its centre, it’s crowned with a candied cherry, full-bodied, vibrant and carefully placed by hand, finishing this biscuiterie creation with a special fruity touch. A refined balance of authenticity, generosity and finesse.
On Sunday 31 May, treat your Mum to a creation that embodies the exquisite art of biscuiterie to perfection: the Sablé Rubis. To accompany this sweet and elegant creation, we recommend serving it alongside a black red fruit tea. Alteratively, for an even more indulgent experience, sip on a sweet natural wine, such as a Maury or a Banyuls, while savouring this biscuit.
WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), candied cherries 23.7% (cherries 50.8%, glucose-fructose syrup, fruit and vegetable concentrate (carrot, aronia), acidity regulator: citric acid), butter (MILK) 17.7%, sugar, EGG, dextrose, glucose syrup, vanilla extract, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
All our products are made in a bakery which also works with wheat flour (gluten), milk (lactose), eggs, nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut), sesame, soya derivatives, peanuts and ingredients which may contain traces of sulphites.
