- Apricot & Raspberry "Marguerite" biscuit: wheat flour (GLUTEN), butter (MILK) 19.3%, raspberry jam 13.9% (sugar, raspberry 45%, glucose syrup, gelling agent: pectin), sugar, apricot purée 5.7% (apricot 86%, inverted sugar syrup), water, EGG, passion fruit purée, thickener: pectin, salt, vanilla powder 0.1%, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
- Lemon & Orange Duo Liabsti: ALMOND 25.9%, sugar, apricot glaze (glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, apricot purée 4%), candied orange peel paste 3.9% (orange peel 53.4%, glucose syrup, sugar), EGG, inverted sugar, inverted sugar syrup, candied lemon peel paste 1.3% (lemon 51.5%, glucose syrup), starch, lemon juice 0.5%, essential oils: lemon 0.1% - orange, colourings: safflower extract - concentrated beetroot, acerola and lemon juices, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
- Blueberry Tartelette: flour (GLUTEN), blueberry jam 28.7% (sugar, blueberry, thickener: E440, acidity regulator: citric acid), butter (MILK), sugar, EGG, raising agent: baking powder, starch, salt, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
All our products are made in a workshop that uses WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), MILK (lactose), EGGS, TREE NUTS (ALMOND, HAZELNUT, PISTACHIO, WALNUT), SESAME, SOYA derivatives, PEANUTS, and ingredients that may contain traces of SULPHITES.

In order to ensure our Tartelette retains its wonderful flavour and texture, it has been frozen (chilled to core, immediately after production), using the appropriate techniques. Given this, this product should NOT to be refreeze. To make sure you experience the best flavours and textures our Tartelette has to offer, we recommend enjoying it within 14 days of shipment from our Atelier.
To guarantee its freshness and preserve all its qualities, this product was frozen (-30°C) immediately after production
